About the Role:
We are looking for an Elementary Education / Preprimary Education Consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented education professional with a strong background in education, curriculum and instruction, curriculum development and evaluation, and pre-primary education.
This position is particularly well suited to experienced educators who are passionate about shaping high-quality educational content and want to contribute to curriculum design and development outside of the classroom.
You will be responsible for supporting the development and alignment of educational materials, ensuring they meet academic standards and follow clear and intentional progression to support both effective instruction and student mastery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, review and evaluation of curricula for early years and pre-primary levels
- Ensure activities are aligned with learning objectives, educational standards and best practices
- Review content for progression, coherence, and age appropriateness
- Collaborate with academic teams to maintain consistency and logical progression across materials
- Contribute to the design and structure of engaging and effective learning activities that ensure student mastery
- Ensure accuracy and quality across all assigned content to ensure effective instruction
- Work closely with editors, writers, and project managers on-site
- Maintain overall quality and alignment across assigned projects
- Follow all internal management policies and report to line manager
Requirements:
- Native-level English speaker (or a minimum C2 level). Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement
- Minimum Master’s degree in Elementary Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of curriculum development and progression
- Ability to align activities with academic standards and best practices
- Classroom teaching experience with a strong understanding of aligning learning objectives and instructional activities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in early childhood, pre-primary, or elementary education
- Experience in curriculum design and evaluation, or educational publishing
- Familiarity with international standards and best practices
- Experience working collaboratively with on-site teams
